SUB - FRAME
♦ Steel structure, suitably designed to stand the
equipment and the loaded garbage weight.
♦ The fixing of the sub-frame to the chassis frame is
suitably carried out according to the vehicle’s
manufacturer’s instructions.
BODY
♦ Made up by high yield point and abrasion proof steel
sheet which is properly reinforced by means of “ C“
shaped lateral vertical sections and by horizontal ones
on the roof and under the platform.
♦ High resistance to abrasion steel sheet builds the
body platform.
♦ Continuous automatic welding to avoid corrosion and
sealing problems.
TAILGATE
♦ The tailgate is made up by special wear proof and
abrasion resistant steel sheet, which is properly
reinforced by means of up-rights.
♦ The body is perfectly and auto locked and sealed with
the tailgate by means of a special lock and seal
mechanism comprised of lock arms with lock pin, lock
shoes, special rubber gasket, positioning pins and
positioning sleeves.
♦ In the case of the oil pipes should get broken by
accident, valves fitted on the cylinders guarantee the
sloping lock.
♦ Continuous CO2 shielded welding in order to avoid
any possible corrosion problem due to lack of sealing.
PACKING AND LOADING SYSTEM
♦ Semi-auto cycle type, high packing ratio system as it
is operated by hydraulic cylinders.
♦ The packing unit is built with a specific geometry
which inhibits deformations of the loading hopper.
♦ The slide blocks of the combined plate slides are
made of macromolecule polyethylene with high density
to minimize wear effects.
♦ Control is obtained by hydraulic distributors operated
by mechanical lever which is located on the right rear
side of the loading hopper and which allow the following
operations: opening of the sweep blade and lowering of
the slide blade, closing of the sweep blade and uprising
of the slide blade and EMERGENCY stop. |
EJECTION AND BACK-PRESSURE SYSTEM:
♦ All the refuses which are contained and packed
inside the container, are ejected outside by means of
an ejection plate that slides by special anti-friction
guides made of polyvinyl with high density, high
numerator, which are positioned inside the center
channels (function as sub frame too) of the body.
λ The ejection plate is moved by a double acting
chrome cylinder with multiple stages which is
automatically operated during the ejection operations.
λ The front hydraulic distributor valve generates the
back-pressure to the ejection plate cylinder in order to
increase and adjust the waste packing ratio.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM made up of:
170L capacity oil tank, sight gauge, Oil pressure
gauge, Hydraulic pumps, Gate valve, Engine speed
accelerator, PTO and Funned hydraulic pipes.
ELECTRIC SYSTEM (24 volt) made up of:
♦ Alert push button with buzzer in the cab.
♦ A travel switch to alarm that the tailgate is opening.
♦ A proximity switch to operate the engine
accelerator automatically.
♦ A button to operate the engine accelerator
manually.
♦ Light bar.
λ ICC lights and reflectors
λ An AV monitor in the cab with a rear vision camera
provided to watch the process of packing,
discharging and moving back the vehicle.
λ All push buttons are released on the based of the
ECC regulations.
♦ The whole electric system is built according to the
road regulations. It is water-proof.
PAINTING:
♦ Workman-like.
OPTIONAL OUTFITS:
1. Provided and/or designed trash bin lifting and tilting
devices according to the bin in use.
2. Sewage collecting tank with a thread tap.
3. Load weighing system.
