PRESSER AND CONTAINER ASSEMBLY
λ The presser and container is made of 5mm-40mm
thickness steel sheet of high strength, wear-resistance.
λ It is welded with CO2 shield welders by continuously
welding and treated with pickling, phosphorizing and
sand blasting to prevent from corrosion.
λ Advanced press mechanism to satisfy high
compressing force, compressing ratio≥2.5:1.
λ The container is of taper arc-shape for compressing
and unloading garbage smoothly and easy.
λ The compressing ram equip with a telescopic guard
plate to ensure continuous loading garbage into
garbage hopper when compressing circle is
progressing.
CONTROL SYSTEM
λ The control unit is made up of motor, gear pump, shaft
coupling, hydraulic distribution valve, ram cylinders,
locking cylinders, electric box with power switch,
emergency switch and operation button.
λ The control system can control presser to operate in
automatic cycles and manually.
λ The hydraulic and electric elements are imported from
Europe and have good reliability. |
λ The control unit is installed in the sealed drawer box.
Garbage, sewage can’t contact with electric and
hydraulic elements. It ensures the operation is more
reliable and easy to repair and maintain.
λ Low working noise, the noise level in the place 5
meters away from the presser is not more than 65
db.
SEWAGE SEAL AND DRAIN DEVICE
λ The floor of the presser is 30 cm higher and inclined
at 3 degree to the container floor. This makes the
sewage water to flow into the sewage water tank
under the container and not flow back to the hopper.
A draining device is equipped in the container.
λ The unloading door of the container is locked and
unlocked with a hydraulic control or manual locking
mechanism and sealed with a triangle-shape seal
strip made of silica gel rubber. Scattering and
leakage do not occur during compress and transit
operation.
GARBAGE TILTING AND LOADING DEVICE
λ Garbage bin tilting device, front or side tilting bucket
can be equipped according user’s requirement. |

COMPACTOR ASSEMBLY

MATCHED CONTAINER
λ The compactor compresses garbage into matched
MSP-C series container. The container is made of 5mm
thickness steel sheet of high strength, wear-resistance.
λ The container is of taper arc-shape for compressing and
unloading garbage smoothly and easy.
CATCH, LOCK AND SEAL MECHANISM
λ Catch and lock mechanism equipped on two side of the
compactor to be used for catching and locking the
container with the compactor. It operates manually or/and
automatically.
λ Between the contact surface of container and the
compactor, triangle-shape seal strip made of silica gel
rubber is mounted for sealing. Same method is used for
the seal of the back door of the container
λ The seal plate is mounted on the front inlet of the
container. It is lifted or put down operated by hydraulic
cylinder to open or close the inlet door of the container. |
GARBAGE LOADING DEVICE
λ Garbage can be loaded into the hopper of compactor by
different method. Upper-load device is used for large
station, side-load or front-load device can be used for
small station.
λ Load device will be selected or designed according to the
requirement and condition of the garbage collection
station.
λ Upper load device may operation together with a garbage
push device.
MOVING CONTAINER/COMPACTER DEVICE
λ The device of moving container or compactor device will
be supplied for multi-container station.
λ For container moving device, longitudinal and thwartwise
movement can be realized.
HYDRAULIC AND ELECTRIC SYSTEM
λ The hydraulic control unit is made up of main-motor, gear
pump, shaft coupling, hydraulic distribution valve, ram
cylinders, locking cylinders, tilting cylinder and moving
motor or moving cylinder. The electric control system
includes electric box with power switch, emergency
switch, PLC unit, transducer and operation button.
λ The control system can control all operation process
including catching, locking and unlocking container with
compactor, garbage load, compressing garbage
compactor or container movement in automatic cycles
and manually.
λ The control system with computer management and
monition system is available.
λ Key hydraulic and electric elements are imported from
Europe |

HOOK-LIFTING FRAME
λ Made of quality steel plate with high strength,
wear-resistance of Europe. Its yield strength is
490N/mm2
. Its tensile strength is 550-650N/mm2.
λ The weight of the hook-lift is small, but the lifting force is
big.
λ It is welded with CO2 shield welders by continuously robot
welding.
λ In order to avoid to welding the key joint points of the
parts that may stand take force, the connection pats
between the turning frame and the sub-frame are made of
cast iron or forged steel.
λ The rear guide wheels are supported by spherical
bearings whose surfaces are covered with engineering
plastic. Radial spoke cast steel structure of guide wheels
is with high strength and less weight.
λ The hook lift arm falls down with damper function. The
damper rate can be adjusted.
λ The height of installing the hook lift assembly is low. This
keeps the chassis in nature deflection and brings
pressure on the chassis less. |
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
λ Special dual-speed hydraulic control system.
λ Equipped with hydraulic body lock and unloading lock.
When unloading garbage the container can’t shift and fall
down because of the center of gravity changed. They
increase safety.
λ The main cylinder is floating type. It makes unloading
operation very smooth.
SAFETY GUARD SYSTEM
λ There are safe valves assembled in the hydraulic circuits
of lifting cylinder, hook cylinder in order to avoid the
container falling down by gravity or due to the cause for
pipe-burst or miss-operation. Equipped with the hydraulic
control lock mechanism and manual lock mechanism
used for locking container with the truck.
λ Equipped with hydraulic body locks and unloading locks.
When unloading garbage the container can’t shift and fall

increase safety. |
