THIS EQUIPMENT HAVE FUNCTIONS OF FRONT FLUSH, REAR SPRAY, SIDE SPRAY,
HIGH SHOOT, SELF-SUCKING AND FIRE FIGHTING. IT IS MADE UP OF: |
BODY
♦ Made of 4mm thickness of hot rolling steel sheet. The
end covers are made of 5mm thickness of hot rolling
steel sheet.
♦ Continuous CO2 shielded welding in order to avoid
any possible corrosion problem due to lack of welding.
♦ The body is phosphatized to prevent corrosion t.
SUCKING SYSTEM
♦ Made up of water pump, PTO, ball valve made of
alnicos, stainless steel and casting copper.
♦ Pipeline is shaped with galvanized steel cube.
FRONT FLUSH
♦ Two direct flow nozzle that can make 360°rotation
are used for front flush. The front flush can be operated
in the cab. |
REAR SPRAY
♦ The rear spray is realized by angle adjustable
fan-shaped nuzzle.
HIGH-SHOOT GUN
♦ One high-shoot gun is equipped, which can rotate
360°.
♦ It is adjustable to give cylindrical or vapor spray
OUTFITS
♦ Fire hydrant: used for long-distance irrigating and
spray operation by means of self-flow or pumping.
♦ Two water-sucking pipes, one inlet filter.

BODY
♦ Made of 6mm thickness of hot rolling steel sheet.
♦ The half ball shape end covers are die-cast, which
made of 8mm thickness of hot rolling steel sheet.
♦ Continuous CO2 shielded welding in order to avoid
any possible corrosion problem due to lack of welding.
♦ The body is phosphatized to prevent rust.
SUCKING SYSTEM
♦ Made up of vacuum pump, PTO, stainless steel Ball
valve
♦ The vacuum pump is lower-rotation type. It produced
by centrifugal casting technology. It is more efficient and
reliable. |
SAFETY SYSTEM
♦ Three grades of protector are used for preventing
from sewage overflow. First grade is load bear
enunciator, second grade is water air separator, and
third is flotage obturator.
♦ The flotage obturator is produced by using Korea
technology. It absolutely avoids the damage of vacuum
pump for the reason of overflow.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
♦ The operations of body lifting, rear body door locking
and opening are all realized by hydraulic system.
