Our pipe external coating lines which can coat the pipe with Ø150mm-Ø1420mm.The annual capability can be up to 3,000,000 square meters.      
Outside Coating Type: FBE,2PE,3PE, 3PP, bitumen.
Coating Standars: BS,DIN30670,DIN30678,CAN/CSAZ24520M92,CAN/CSAZ24521M92,   

 

Pipe Internal Coating

 

Pipe internal coating line can paint kinds of  liquid epoxy for welded pipe with Ø508mm-Ø1420mm. 

 

 

Anticorrosion Coating
 
3PE Anti corrosion

Anticorrosion structure of 3PE layer for the pipeline, the first layer is epoxy power (FBE>100um), the second layer is viscose adhesive (AD) 170-250um, the third layer is PE 2.5-3.7um, the fusion of three kinds of materials which can be combined with steel pipeline and then in the form of the anti-corrosion layer, its performance is very good. The scope of the pipe diameter is Ø159-Ø1220.

 

 

 

BitumenCoating Design Introduction

1. The coating structure
 design 1:  structure is bitumen primer-- glass synthetic fiber-- bitumen- epoxy coal tar, the      
merit of this structure is that the coating thickness can be ensured and also the coating appearance is bright.
 
Design 2: Modified bitumen coating material(primer)-- modified bitumen coating material-- glass synthetic fiber(10×10)-- modified bitumen coating material-- glass synthetic fiber(10×10)-- modified bitumen coating material,
 
2. Implementing standard:
standard BS4164/ BS 4147-1980

3. Coating Process
(1). Blasting grade: Sa 2.5
(2). Total thickness: 0.5mm, structure: Modified bitumen coating material(primer)-- modified  
 bitumen coating material-- glass synthetic fiber(10×10)-- modified bitumen coating material-- glass synthetic fiber(10×10)-- modified bitumen coating material
(3). Anchor- pattern depth: 40-70 ( it can be traced by the dubbing paper)
(4). The pipe end length: 150 mm ( it can be changed according to the owner’s requirement)

 
The merit of this design can not only protect the coating thickness and the appearance is very good, thus ensure the coating layer for a long time. At present, this kind structure is mostly adopted inside of China, and the technology is very mature.
