The production line is equipped with master motor overload safety protection device, misoperation small base plate travel safety protection device, tyre aeration overpressure safety protection system and voltage safety protection device.

 

2. Principle:
 

The cylinder elevates and rotates freely to deliver the tyre carcass to the grinding aluminum mould clip for positioning. The camber line of the large rolling disc could be adjusted according to the specification of tyre and various tyres are grinded according to the actual requirements. The self-control and self-locking functions of the hydraulic cylinder are used to position and assemble the tyres. Five rods are set in order to ensure that the specifications of tyres retreaded could remain consistent.

 

To ensure that the tyre carcass grinded could reach the standards and the middle rubber could be affixed well, the rotary speed of grinding tip is 3850r/min, almost 1000 rotates more than other tyre grinding machine. The grinding post can rotate two 90⁰ through the self-locker to satisfy the grinding requirements of the tyre crown and the tyre shoulder.

 

 

 

(1) Main functions: Elevate and deliver the tyre carcass, grind the tyre carcass, and cut tyres.

 

(2) Kinds of tyre carcass to be grinded and cut: bias tyres and radial tyres with rim of 15£¢-33£¢and outside diameter of ¡é2200mm.

 

(3) Work efficiency: In 60 minutes, it is able to grind 6-14 common tyres and 1-56 engineering tyres and cut 10-20 tread rubbers.
