I. Characteristics
It is simple and flexible to operate and fast to change the dies. With high efficiency, it is able to be used widely.
II. Operational principles
First, the tyre case is lifted by the lifting cylinder to the die and then supported by the hydraulic cylinder. Then the solenoid begins to work, the tyre-pressing cylinder pushes the tyre case tightly, and then the tyre-turning motor drives the tyre to turn. The scales should be adjusted to the right positions in advance. The inlet blade motor works to advance and retreat the blade and the burnishing motor starts to burnish. At the same time, the large and small rolling discs are under universal stress in axial direction. It has safety stoppage switch. Under emergencies, if you press it, the burnishing machine will stop completely. It is also equipped with slipway cleaning system to clean the slipway.
It has five scales:
1. Axial limit scale: It is installed in the parallel of hydraulic cylinder. It can be adjusted to suit various tyre cases. Their expansion will be uniform with the error of no more than 1mm.
2. Radial limit scale: It is installed in the base plate box. It can be adjusted according to the diameter of various tyre cases. Their arc will be uniform with the error of no more than 1mm.
3. Central scale: It is installed in the base plate. It can be adjusted to ensure that the tyre cases to be burnished are always operating in the center with the error of no more than 1mm.
4. Angle scale: It is installed in the base plate. As long as the scale is adjusted, the buffer is able to burnish both the tyre crown and shoulder to obtain your anticipated tyre width.
5. Measurement scale: It is installed in the beam of rack. It is able to measure the outside diameter of the tyre case burnished with the error of no more than ??mm. If you use the above five scales correctly, the quality of the re-trodden tyres manufactured by you will be uniform.
Cutter: As for the discarded tyres with internal reefing, the cutter will be able to cut their tread and reuse.
III. Performances
1. Main functions: It can be used to burnish, cut, suspend and discharge the tyre case.
2. The kinds of tyres to be burnished and cut: It is able to burnish and cut bias tyres and steel-wire radial tyres with the rim between 14.5" and 25". Efficiency of operation: In 60 minutes, it is able to burnish 6-12 common tyre cases and 1-5 special tyre cases and to cut 10-20 tyre cases and treads.
