The large tyre pre-vulcanizing tank developed by our Company makes use of advanced technology of foreign technology and passes the test conducted by relevant technical departments of State. Besides, it is manufactured and inspected according to the regulations on pressure vessel of State.

II. Operational principles of vulcanizing tank
1. Operational principles: The tank adopts foreign product apparatus and the arrangement of its electric heating pipes is rational. The air circulation motor used by it is especially made, which has good insulation performances and is able to operate with high speed under high temperature and high pressure. Its high-temperature solenoid valve is able to control air input and exhaust automatically. The whole production process is controlled with digital display. All the operating modes are displayed in meters. The procedures can be set up according to the production requirements.
2. Safety system: The vulcanizing tank has triple safety protection systems: automatic safety protection system, natural safety protection system and artificial safety protection system. After vulcanizing, the blue alarm will automatically inform the system. If failure occurs, the red light will call the automatic alarming device, auto stop system and lockage safety device.
3. Opening mode: Quickly open.
4. Vulcanizing temperature: The vulcanizing temperature for tyre retreading can be adjusted from time to time according to the specifications of tyres.
5. Vulcanizing period: The warming period lasts 30-70 minutes and the vulcanizing period of tyres lasts 100-160 minutes. The vulcanizing tank has good thermal insulation performance and its electricity consumption is not much. Besides, it is fast to warm up, so the cost of tyre retreading is low.
6. Vulcanizing pressure: The three kinds of working pressure of vulcanizing tank are rational, which makes the tyres vulcanized have both good appearance and high quality.
III. Performances of vulcanizing tank
1. Capacity: It is able to vulcanize and retread 60-110 common tyres and 5-40 special tyres.
2. The kinds of tyres to be re-trodden: It is able to retread bias tyres and steel-wire radial tyres with the rim between 14.5" and 25".
3. It is able to vacuumize by itself, so no independent vacuumizing equipment is needed.
