PTFE Packing or Packing is braided with high purity PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene, ) filament. PTFE material has a low friction and excellent resistance to chemicals. PTFE Braided Packing is resilient, chemical resistant, self-lubricating, and withstand high linear speed and pressure with minimum wearing to the shaft. PTFE Packing can be used in various pumps and valves. It is especially good for corrosive media, high speed application, or applications that require clean and minimum contamination material.
1. For used in pumps, valves, reciprocating and rotating shafts, mixers and agitators
2. It is against water, steam, petroleum derivatives, vegetable oil and solvents.
3. for sealing water, steam, inert gas, weak acid and alkali and general chemical
Material:PTFE Line
Main usage: Product material: white PTFE packing (without oil) is made of pure ptfe fiber woven, without any processing lubrication grease. This ptfe packing is suitable for low pressure and the low speed, is suitable for the medium which is not permitted to pollution
Applicable industry:
Food, medicine, paper making, fine chemical, chemical fiber industry and so on.
Applicable medium:
All except soluble alkali metal seal of chemical medium.
